Children at Bright Kids Crabbs Cross will be celebrating St George’s Day this month with a host of English treats!
On April 23rd, children and staff will be dressing in red and white to mimic the famous flag, while a variety of activities have been arranged to celebrate the occasion.
A celebration tea party will take place all week from April 20th, with youngsters tucking into traditional fish and chips and homemade scones and jam tarts, and getting involved in red and white creative activities.
Children will also create their very own Knight Shields’ and take part in exciting dragon role play, make crowns and learn about the Royal Family.
Celebrations will also include helping the children to make various traditional English dishes!
