Hello and welcome to Bright Kids nursery Studley. I’m Emily Carter the Manager here at the Studley Nursery.
I joined Bright Kids in December 2023 and have over 10 years worth of experience in childcare and have had various roles from Early Years Practitioner to management roles.
In this time, I have also gone on to complete my Foundation Degree and my BA Honours in Early Childhood Studies.
Working with children is all I’ve ever known and all I’ve ever been passionate about. Seeing their happy faces become mesmorised by new and exciting activities has led me to wanting to pursue this career throughout my life.
The Bright Kids family, have shown me that they are a company that really cares about their children and the staff that work with them. Everyone is treated as an equal and it really does feel like a home from home for me. It’s also clear to me that the company are committed to providing children with high quality childcare and learning opportunities that they can thrive from each and every day. I love that the children can use their environment to fill their natural wonder and curiosity, and inspires them to have a sense of imagination, whilst investigating new things all around them.
Studley Nursery is a beautiful and unique setting which provides a lovely environment for the children to take part in a play based curriculum and a variety of activities to gain skills and knowledge needed as a foundation to their learning, it is also a lovely place for the staff to work!
