Children in Need at Bright Kids Northfield

Bright Kids Northfield will be supporting Children in Need on Friday 14th November. Children will be asking their friends and family to sponsor them to dress up as a superhero for the day to raise funds. They will also be painting a Pudsey Bear, face painting and making Pudsey masks and cakes. Talented Young Poets Celebrate Book Prize at Northfield

Children at Wigwam Out of School Club have entered a Young Writers poetry competition. And 10 of the children from the club, which is run by Bright Kids and based at Wychall Primary School in Northfield, had their poems selected to be published in a book of children's poetry in December. Diwali Celebrations at Bright Kids Northfield

Youngsters at Bright Kids Northfield have been learning all about the Indian festival of light Diwali. Children learned about candles and fireworks and used their creative skills to produce some bright and festive art work. Treasure Hunt at Northfield

Pre-school children at Bright Kids Northfield enjoyed a treasure hunt this week as part of their learning about textures and using different languages to describe the things that they find. Grand Opening of Bright New Sunbeams Room Crabbs Cross

Crabbs Cross Diary Dates

Halloween Fun - Tuesday 21st October Children will be celebrating Halloween early (for those that will not be in nursery during half term). Bright Kids Northfield will be celebrating World Nursery Rhyme week from 10th-14th November. Children will be learning about Old King Cole on Monday, Oranges and Lemons on Tuesday, Hey Diddle Diddle on Wednesday, 5 Current Buns on Thursday and I Hear Thunder on Friday. PJ Day for Kashmir Flood Victims

Staff and children at Crabbs Cross donned their PJs for the day on Friday 19th September to raise funds for victims of the recent Kashmir floods.
