Hello and welcome to Bright Kids. I am Tom Bennett the Learning and Development Manager.
I Joined Bright Kids as Deputy Manager at Northfield in 2017 as a maternity cover. Next moving across to our head office in Studley and taking on a new role in Learning and Development.
I’ve worked in the childcare sector for over 11 years. In that time I have held various positions from Coaching (sports), Nursery Nurse and Project Manager for a Childcare franchise to name a few.
I have a Level 4 in sports and sports science and level 3 in childcare (0-19 years). I’m passionate about giving the children the opportunities to develop. I thoroughly believe that we should give all children the opportunities to thrive and excel in everything they do.
