Paula Cooper has managed a number of nurseries in the Worcestershire area, from Preschools to large nurseries. Currently Paula manages our Crabbs Cross setting and is also part of our strategic team where she goes out to isit our settings to support the managers. Paula`s skill set is to support staff to develop their environments in our 8 settings. Paula also has a passion for SEND.
Paula is also now a trainer and consultant for the MBK group and provides training and support to settings across the county.
