✨ F E B R U A R Y ✨

Our Investigators have enjoyed playing with our new resources 🧩 the children have enjoyed the new board games and bracelet making 🤩

We did some lovely activities for mental health week and have spent a lot more time out in the fresh air which has made everyone happier 😁 some of our girls played in a netball tournament and won 🏆which they were very excited about and the boys are looking forward to lots of football matches, now the weather is getting better ⚽️ ❤️

Mental Health week at Mary’s 💚

Throughout children’s mental health week, we created our very own monsters 👹 with paint 🎨 🖌️ and words of affirmation with our handprints which made the display board very colourful ✋🏻 the children discussed 🗣️ what made them feel at peace with the drawing ‘cup of peace’ ☕️ and had a good game of football ⚽️ enjoying the fresh air 😌💚

✨ J A N U A R Y ✨

January was a long cold month 🥶 at St Mary’s so we had to find lots of things to do inside, we had Lego 🧱 challenges and the children chose to build houses 🏘️ we made the biggest tower with the kapla and managed to keep it up for 2 days 👏🏼 we played teachers 👩‍🏫 which the children loved as they were the ones in charge. One of the boys completed a life saving competition and did really well, we are now hoping for some better weather so we can start being outside more ☀️
