In order to secure your place at any of our school holiday clubs you will need to complete a Registration Form and also request your sessions. We will then contact you to confirm availability and start dates.

Prices, activities and also the length of days vary by location so you will need to check the correct Club to ensure your booking is correct.

To complete your booking select each day length and also add a hot lunch if required. ALL DAYS & LUNCHES MUST BE PRE-BOOKED ON THIS BOOKING FORM AND ONCE BOOKED THESE CANNOT BE CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON.

  • Children can bring in their own packed lunch or you can choose to purchase a 2-course hot lunch or a packed lunch. This will be charged at the usual rate of £4 per day. Please select your preference in one of the boxes below:

    If your school is closed for training and you would like to book in for this occasional day then please provide details below and we will contact you to advise of our availability

  • Please reserve my child a place in the forthcoming Activity Club as indicated on the calendar. I understand that you are unable to give refunds on any days booked that are not attended. This also includes telephone bookings.


    First Time Families Only (Not previously registered)

    I understand that there is a Registration Fee. I agree to complete a Registration Form & Parental Agreement prior to my child starting and to pay all fees in advance of their attendance. I further understand that fees are also non-refundable should my child not attend due to illness or change of mind.


    All Bookings

    A Holiday Booking Confirmation will be emailed, posted or given to you prior to your child's attendance. We may telephone you to check the booking details. A Registration Form & Parental Agreement MUST be completed or updated prior to attendance.

You may do this via Credit or Debit Card by calling 01527 452430, via your own internet banking direct to Bright Kids at 12-05-65 06065274 using your child's surname and site location as a reference or through cheque or cash at the setting.
