Finding Calm in Our Zen Den 🌿
The children have been enjoying our new Mindfulness and Sensory Zen Den, a quiet and calming space where they can take some time to relax and unwind.
The Zen Den is adapted to suit each child's individual needs, giving them the opportunity to explore the sensory resources that work best for them. The weighted blankets have been a particular favourite, providing comforting sensory input and helping some of our children to feel calm and settled.
This special little space has already had such a positive impact, supporting the children's wellbeing and giving them a safe and peaceful place whenever they need a moment of calm 💛
