Studley Celebrates Ofsted ‘Good’

good picBright Kids Nursery in Studley is celebrating after receiving a Good Ofsted rating.

In the most recent inspection carried out in July at Bright Kids’ Studley setting on The Slough, Ofsted inspectors found the nursery to be ‘welcoming and supportive’ and a place where children ‘make good progress because the staff understands how they learn and encourage them to develop their own ideas and interests.’

It also identified the ‘warm and caring’ relationships that children at the setting build which supports their sense of security and belonging.

It further praised the staff for their ‘knowledge and vigilance in safeguarding the children in their care and ensuring their welfare and safety are maintained effectively.’

Nursery Manager Tina Davis said: “We are delighted to have been rated Good in our recent Ofsted report. It recognises the hard work we have put in and what we are most proud of here in Studley is the building of caring relationships with the children and our commitment to safeguarding.”

Bright Kids Nursery Owner Tricia Wellings said: “It’s great news that our Studley setting has been rated Good by Ofsted. We are particularly pleased that Studley has been recognised for its commitment to safeguarding and for the happiness and welfare of the children in our care.”
