The flag of St George will be flying high at Bright Kids Nurseries in Northfield this week as children get into the spirit of the brave to celebrate the Patron Saint of England.
Toddlers will tomorrow (April 23rd) be dressing in red and white to mimic the famous flag before enjoying a special treat of scones and jam to mark such a special day.
A variety of activities will be held in the nursery for children to enjoy – and it will be fun-packed day with themed games, which will include making their very own Knight’s shields and some exciting dragon role play.
For lunch the youngsters will be tucking into some tasty, and traditional, Fish and Chips before learning about the Royal Family and even making their own crowns.
