Bright Kids Studley raise funds for Myton Hospice

Staff and children at Bright Kids Studley raise funds of over £100 when they took part in a festive fund-raiser.

The nursery, based on The Slough, supported Myton Hospice’s Wear A Santa Suit To Work initiative on Friday (December 19th), with manager Tina Davis and her team donning Father Christmas outfits to help raise vital funds for the Warwick-based hospice.

Tots at the nursery also wore festive outfits and made a donation to show their support.

Tina said: “The hospice is a very worthy cause and requires constant fund-raising to make the final months and weeks of its patients are as positive as they can be.

“Delivering that service comes at a cost, and we loved the idea of tapping into Christmas cheer to remind people that this isn’t always a jolly time of year for others with a little festive fund-raising.

“The Bright Kids children and staff threw themselves into the fund-raiser, with a cake sale and fun and games adding to the end of term fund raiser,” she added.
