Training Well-trained staff are essential to the delivery of quality care and education in any early years setting, and one often neglected by some providers. At Bright Kids we have a policy of being totally committed to the continuous training and development of all staff. Whether the training is within: Early Years, Playwork, Education, First Aid, Food Hygiene, Special Education Needs or Activity Planning, all staff have individual plans to maximise their development so that we can provide a continuously improving service to parents and children. Indeed, the whole business is following a very specific Human Resources Strategy, to maximise what can be achieved. |
