The following job vacancies are being considered at all sites

Groundsman and Maintenance Person
You will be expected to contribute towards us providing a high quality environment for the children attending the nurseries in accordance with company management philosophy. You will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and undertaking general building maintenance within four of our day nurseries and supporting our Out of School Clubs when necessary.

Hours:
Based on 30-40 hours per week between 7.30am and 6pm. NB Some maintenance will be required to be undertaken at weekends. This work is seasonal but we may annualise some hours so that longer summer days can be worked against shorter winter days.

Qualifications:
No specific ones required but an understanding of Health & Safety is essential and any trade skills or gardening knowledge would prove beneficial. We do sub-contract plumbing and electrics separately. You will be required to travel between sites in Warwickshire, Worcestershire and South Birmingham and have your own transport for this, although Company vehicles are available for transporting goods if required.

Salary:
£12,000-15,000 per annum plus company benefits.

Manager
You will be Managing a team of professionals in our newly refurbished flagship setting. Recently Ofsted inspected as Good and with 7 Outstanding areas you will be expected to effectively and efficiently Manage the day-to-day and financial operations of the Nursery and Out of School Clubs.

Hours:
Based on 40 hours per week between 7.30am and 6pm.

Qualifications:
Early Years Level 3, 4 or above desirable. Must have at least 2 years post-qualification experience and also experience of supervising a team of staff.

Salary:
£18,000-£21,000 plus bonuses subject to experience and qualification.

Playworker
Working in our popular 26-place Before and After School Club based within the nursery site. Supporting the delivery of play-based learning around the needs of children aged from 4 to 12 years. There is a permanent job available on an ongoing basis.

Hours:
10 hours Breakfast Club 7.30-9.30am Term-Time Only.
17.5 hours After School Club 2.30-6pm Term-Time Only.
Up to 40 hours for School Holiday Clubs.

Qualifications:

Lunchtime Support Assistant
To support this 80-place setting with lunchtime duties. This will not involve any cooking as we have lunches delivered. It will involve preparing the lunch trolleys for each of the rooms and supporting staff when necessary in the smooth running of the lunchtime period. You will be expected to clear away afterwards and leave the kitchen ready for tea preparation. Additional hours will be given each week for cleaning duties.

Hours:
It is envisaged this will be a minimum of 1.5 hours per day from 11:45am - 1:15pm, with additional hours for extra cleaning once per week. However further hours may be available to the right candidate to support staff lunches within the nursery.
Salary:
£6.08 per hour.
