Welcome to the Bright Kids Nurseries nursery in Crabbs Cross, Redditch, Worcestershire where it is based in the heart of the local community. Our second day nursery opened in September 2001. With extensive garden areas and stimulating indoor facilities this site offers the full range of quality childcare services available.
An exciting outdoor area has been created which includes a friendship hut and an adventure climbing area. With the additional development of a 'forest school' outdoor area the adventure factor is well underway for children at the Crabbs Cross, Redditch nursery. Indoor playspace is provided for children by each age group and activities are planned to suit their developmental and learning needs.
Regular outings are made both on foot and via public transport and with the nursery minibus for visits further away. The highly popular Out of School Club has allowed the complete range of services be offered at the Crabbs Cross, Redditch nursery and this club serves five local schools including:
Harry Taylor First School, Mount Carmel RC First School, St Bedes Middle School, Vaynor First School using our own minibuses and also Ridgeway Middle School via the current transport systems in place. Additionally Feckenham First School and Astwood Bank First School are served by our sister Studley setting.
The nursery run by qualified, experienced staff who provide quality childcare and pre-school education from 7:30am - 6:00pm and flexible hours for care can be arranged if required. The Crabbs Cross redditch nursery have their own drive-through car park and safe kerbside parking is also available to allow for safe drop-off and collection of children. Visits are welcomed at any time except during our busy lunchtime period of 11:30am - 2:00pm. We have waiting lists for most age groups so booking early is always advantageous.
