The happy, bright atmosphere in our nurseries is loved and appreciated by parents and their children We provide a comprehensive range of products and services that help to make busy parents' lives easier We have specialist staff for each age group starting at 6 weeks through to 11 years of age Our culture of providing genuine quality childcare and education for children comes across in everything we do at all levels (children, parents and staff) We are ever mindful of achieving a work- life balance for parents and our valued staff Over 80% of our staff have achieved a recognised early years qualification (50 % is the usual benchmark within children's nurseries) and we now have several graduate level staff with an Early Years Professional qualification ahead of future legal requirements. Our management keep well up to date with the latest developments nationally and locally in the education market and ensure that parents are fully informed of how these affect them and their children. We promote learning with the children via stimulating, creative activities. All activity is evidenced in development folders and shared with parents regularly. We provide favourable working conditions for staff and therefore experience an extremely stable workforce.
